This 2 week online weight loss program, will focus on helping you create great habits to lose weight and keep it off. The best combination is to lose fat and gain muscle. This will results in an increased metabolic rate. You can assess your progress via the Tanita Scales. If you live too far away, no problem, you can be guided by your clothes, to feel looser by the end of the two weeks.
When you consistently make small changes and enjoy the journey, you will be rewarded with your desired results. If you focus on just the end desired weight loss result, you will derail too quickly and give up. There you go, I am already giving you hints on your permanent long term success.
When you feel better, more confident and know what to do, you will then continue. Enjoy the small wins because they give you the ultimate reward.
This 2 week online program will be conducted via private facebook group. There will be:
- daily interaction and accountability for individualized advice
- 3x 20min exercise sessions conducted by Personal Trainers Steven. These sessions will be conducted for all fitness levels and abilities. These will conducted live and recorded.
- Presentations by Helen Bauzon: 11 presentations in total
- Exercise Physiologist : 1 presentation , importance of core, stretching and strength training to avoid injuries

The over goal of the Team is to help you:
- Manage emotional / non-hungry eating
- Understand the best balance and types of foods to eat to feel your best
- Eat and exercise at the correct times of the day for best weight, gut and mind health
- Know how to prevent injuries when exercising
- Get your mind, gut, balanced to reach your potential
Each presentation will occur at different times of the day and evening. If you can’t attend then they are all saved to refer to as often you like. You will be able to ask as many questions as you like during each presentation. Each presentation will run for 20mins.
